Infiniti Q50 - a novelty of 2013, which replaced the sedan in the lineup Infiniti G. The chassis of the car was tuned with the participation of four-time Formula 1 champion Sebastian Vettel. The car is offered both in rear-wheel drive and with all-wheel drive. In addition, the buyer can choose the option of an external body kit: regular or sporty.
The sedan is the first Infiniti model to feature the all-new Direct Adaptive Steering system, which uses a new design to reduce vibration to the steering wheel while providing electronically more precise steering. For a hybrid modification with a 3.5-liter gasoline engine (302 hp) and an electric motor (50 kW), Direct Adaptive Steering became part of the basic equipment, and for conventional gasoline and diesel versions it is an option.
Also in the Infiniti Q50, a new Infiniti InTouch multimedia system was installed, which displays information on two displays in the center console.
The Q50 was developed in collaboration with Daimler. Therefore, the sedan is aggregated by "Mercedes" engines - four-cylinder gasoline and turbocharged diesel engines. The Infiniti Q50 uses a seven-speed automatic as a gearbox.
In the United States, sales of new items began in the summer of 2013. The Infiniti Q50 appeared on the Ukrainian market at the end of 2014.
